We should know our rights because if we don't then the producers would be misleading us. You would be scammed if you didn't know your rights, you would also be an easy target. If you went to buy something expensive and you didn't know your right, you would probably buy it for more than it is actually is.

Daymond John

Daymond John is the founder of president and CEO of FUBU. He is an American businessman, investor, television personality, author and motivational speaker. He is also an investor on the ABC reality television series Shark Tank. Daymond said that it is incredibly tough but the passion for the project pushed him through. Even though he had put the hottest music video out there, he was still working full time at the Red-Lobster (restaurant). He was a dyslexic because he didn't go to school for long. He didn't go to school because his mum and dad divorced, so he had to start working. His mum helped him succeed because she taught him how to sew. she also helped him advertise his small business.

The Right Triangle
The right triangle has one 90 degrees angle and two acute (< 90 degrees) angles.  Since the sum of the angles of a triangle is always 180 degrees...

y + z = 90 degrees

The two sides of the triangle that are by the right angle are called the legs...  and the side opposite of the right angle is called the hypotenuse.

The Equilateral Triangle

In the equilateral triangle, all the sides are the same length (congruent) and all the angles are the same size (congruent).  Since the sum of the angles of a triangle is always 180 degrees, we can figure out the measure of the angles of an equilateral triangle: 180

What is the text about? Orphan, Clock keeper, and Thief, twelve-year-old Hugo lives in the walls of a busy Paris train station, where his survival depends on secrets and anonymity.
Where/when is it set? 1931 and a busy Paris station.
Who are the characters? Georges Méliès, Mama Jeanne, Hugo Cabret, Isabelle, Etienne. 
Did I like this text? Yes, because it was different and interesting. 



Describe an important character in the text? What makes this character important?
Hugo Cabret, because he is the main character and he is trying to make something his dad found. He is always running away but not scared to do anything. He is stealing, because it is the last memory of his father that he has and he is trying to fix it.

Establishing shot

It is generally a long or extreme long shot at the beginning of a scene indicating where, and sometimes when, the remainder of the scene takes place. Establishing shots were more common during the classical era of filmmaking than they are now.

Extreme long shot

 An extreme long shot is a view from an even greater distance, in which people appear as small dots in the landscape if at all (eg. a shot of New York's skyline).

Long shot

In film, a view of a scene that is shot from a considerable distance, so that people appear as indistinct shapes

Mid shot

In a film, a medium shot, mid shot (MS), or waist shot is a camera angle shot from a medium distance.

Close up

A close-up or closeup in filmmaking, television production, still photography and the comic strip medium is a type of shot, which tightly frames a person or an object. Close-ups are one of the standards shots used regularly with medium shots and long shots (cinematic techniques).

POV shot

A point of view shot (also known as POV shot, First-person shot or a subjective camera) is a short film scene that shows what a character (the subject) is looking at (represented through the camera).

Over the shoulder shot

In film or video, an over the shoulder shot (also over the shoulder, ab tu, OTS, or third-person shot) is a shot of someone or something taken from the perspective or camera angle from the shoulder of another person.

Bird’s eye view

A bird's eye view is an elevated view of an object from above, with a perspective as though the observer were a bird, often used in the making of blueprints, floor plans and maps.

Low angle

In cinematography, a low-angle shot is a shot from a camera angle positioned low on the vertical axis, anywhere below the eye line, looking up. ... Psychologically, the effect of the low-angle shot is that it makes the subject look strong and powerful.

High angle

A high-angle shot is a cinematic technique where the camera looks down on the subject from a high angle and the point of focus often gets "swallowed up." High-angle shots can make the subject seem vulnerable or powerless when applied with the correct mood, setting, and effects
